How to use the webshop

Finding items
There are several ways to find an item.

• You can use the navigation tree to the left to browse through items.
  
• In the A-Ö list you will easily find grouped items alphabetically.
  
• If you already know all the item numbers you can use "easy order" to speed up your ordering process.
  
• Use the search field to the left. You’ll find more information on how to search in the help section under "searchtips".
  
• Most banners are clickable. By clicking on a banner you will get either an external link or a single or a selection of items.
  

When you found an item that you want, press "buy" or "choose". The choose alternative will be shown when there are additional choices to make for example colour or size.

Shopping cart
When you click "buy", the item will be placed in your shopping cart at the bottom of your web page. Here we show your items and the total order sum.
By clicking on "change cart" you can change the content of your cart. With "save your cart" you can save all the items in your cart and continue shopping later on. The next time you visit the web shop you click on "change cart" and "get saved cart" to place all the saved items in your present cart. You can either add the items to your cart or exchange your present one.

Checkout
When you have added your items press the "checkout"-button just above your cart. At checkout you can either register or sign in if you haven’t already done that.
Be sure to check your address and the contents of your cart. You can easily change the number of an item by changing the number and press "change". A click on the wastebasket will erase all items on a particular row.

Signing in
If you already have registered, sign in by using your user name and your password.

Registering
If you are a new customer start by choosing if you are a "private" or a "company" customer. Then fill out the form, chose a username and a password. The username must be unique and you will be prompted for a new one if the chosen username already exists. When choosing a username/password you need to know:

• Chose characters from a - ö, A - Ö, 0 - 9
  
• Don’t use blank spaces
  
• Your password is case sensitive - "PETER" and "peter" is two different passwords.
  
• You can change your information under "My account" after you signed in.
  

After you registered you will either return to checkout or go to the starting page of the web shop.

Confirm order
When you checked everything press "proceed to order". You will now see your order as we will get it. You can still go back and change items on your order or you can send your order by pressing "Send Order". In some cases you can here choose method of payment. To complete your order press "Send order".

Payment method
Payment is normally be done by invoice.

Receipt page
When you see the receipt page you know that we hade received your order. You see your order number on the top of the page. We usually send you an order confirmation by mail.
We recommend you to print out this page for further reference.

Delivery
Delivery will (if nothing else is specified) take place within 1 working day.

Order overview
Your can see your previous orders in the section "My account". When clicking on an order you will get more information on the specific order. You can copy an order and directly place it in the checkout.
If you click on the image of a truck in the order overview you will be able to track your order online.
